These website terms of use, as may be amended from time to time (the "Website Terms"), govern access to and use of the website www.moneygate.com (the "Site") by any person browsing or otherwise using the Site, and are issued by Moneygate Solutions Limited (the "Company" or "Moneygate").

For the purposes of these Website Terms, the Company includes Moneygate Solutions Limited (HE 406508) as well as the Company’s Greek Branch (ΓΕΜΗ 163498801001). The Company is registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and is authorised and supervised as an Electronic Money Institution by the Central Bank of Cyprus under licence number 115.1.3.46. The Company’s registered office is at Treppides Tower, 9 Kafkasou Street, Nicosia, 2112, Cyprus.

These Website Terms are available on the Site at all times.
Headings are included for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Website Terms.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Website Terms and agree to comply with them.


Other Applicable Terms

If you are, or apply to become, a client of the Company, your use of the Moneygate Dashboard, the services, and any e-money or payment account is governed by the Terms and Conditions for Individuals or the Terms and Conditions for Corporate Entities (the "Terms and Conditions").

These Website Terms should be read together with the Terms and Conditions and the Company’s Privacy and Cookies Policy, which sets out the terms on which the Company processes personal data collected through the Site, and how the Site uses cookies.

By using the Site, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy and Cookies Policy.

Where you submit information to the Company through the Site, including through any contact, enquiry, or application form, you warrant that such information is true, accurate, and not misleading.

Security of Access Credentials

You must keep your security details confidential at all times and must not disclose them to any third party, save to the extent expressly permitted under the Terms and Conditions in respect of regulated open banking or third-party providers.

The Company reserves the right to disable any security details, whether chosen by you or allocated by the Company, at any time, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the relevant security details have been or may have been compromised.

If you know or suspect that any person other than you knows your security details, you must notify the Company without undue delay at support@moneygate.com.

You are responsible for ensuring that any person who accesses the Site through your internet connection or device is aware of these Website Terms and complies with them.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Company is the owner of, or licensee of, all Intellectual Property Rights in the Site and in the material published on it, including its content, design, logos, and trademarks.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you do not modify any content and that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.

No material published on the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited without the Company’s prior written consent.

Information on the Site

Content on the Site is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or tax advice, nor a binding offer to provide any product or service.

Where any content on the Site conflicts with the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

For the avoidance of doubt, amendments to these Website Terms do not constitute, and are not subject to the notice requirements applicable to, amendments to the Terms and Conditions.

Any Confidential Information, as defined in the Terms and Conditions, that you obtain about the Company through your use of the Site must not be disclosed to any third party, except where such disclosure is required by law.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Website Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The Company’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Website Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision, and shall not prevent the Company from enforcing it on any future occasion.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Website Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Website Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
