Nicolas is a highly successful entrepreneur, investor and operator specializing in building and scaling companies with his primary focus being technology ventures. Across all projects, his approach emphasizes disciplined growth, strategic timing, and sustainable business models.

After graduating from the University of Manchester in 1999, Nicolas demonstrated his operational acumen by expanding his family's accounting and corporate services firm, launching innovative service lines and building an expansive network across Europe and Asia. Moreover, he also developed a strategic real estate portfolio across premium European markets.

His ability to identify market opportunities and build high-performing teams led to the establishment of Treppides Investments & Holdings in 2010. Through this platform, he has incubated and scaled numerous technology ventures, leveraging his deep understanding of financial technology and hands-on operational experience to guide companies through critical growth phases. His strong relationships with high-net-worth investors, financial institutions, and technology partners have enabled successful ventures in payment systems, digital banking, and enterprise software.

Moneygate, Nicolas's latest venture, exemplifies his approach to value creation. Marios is a distinguished business strategist with over 25 years of experience in building and managing successful businesses, both personally and for clients who often evolve into trusted partners. His extensive involvement across diverse industries and sectors, coupled with his visionary leadership, has propelled Treppides Group to exponential growth during his tenure as Managing Partner. Under his guidance, the organization has expanded its operations across multiple geographical regions and diversified its service offerings.

Renowned for his expertise in innovative service development, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership, Marios possesses an exceptional ability to anticipate and predict market trends. This foresight, combined with his adaptability to evolving circumstances, enables him to craft and execute plans that consistently deliver outstanding results. With over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, Fotis has held senior-level positions at one of Cyprus’ largest credit institutions and a globally recognized Electronic Money Institution. He brings extensive expertise in banking, with a focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) practices, as well as a deep understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.

Fotis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, specializing in International, European, and Economic Studies, from the University of Cyprus, where he was honored with an award from the Central Bank of Cyprus and the Department of Economics. In addition, he holds the Advanced Level Certification from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

Anna Pitta

Compliance Manager, Alternate AMLCO

Anna holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Leicester, and both an LPC and LL.M. from the University of Law, Bloomsbury, London. She has enhanced her expertise in regulatory compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) through specialised courses and professional certifications, including the Financial Services Regulatory Framework Advanced Examination and the AML Examination by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), both accredited by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).
